It was an honor to be able to shoot for the NOH8 Campaign. NOH8 is a grass roots reply to California’s passage of Proposition 8 which amended the state Constitution to ban same-sex marriage. I feel that this campaign sends a powerful message about the negative judgements people make about others. NOH8 has to do with love and respect for others. You don’t have to agree with other peoples lifestyles, but having respect and tolerance for everyone is where NOH8 is making a difference. On an artistic note, I’m so happy with the way the photos turned out. It was especially fun to shoot this campaign with Holly, and Adam Bouska (the photographer) did an amazing job shooting them! I want to purchase some enlarged photos on canvas as art work for my home, and you can too!
Help raise awareness by supporting this cause. You can now order prints of my photos from the NOH8 website and all proceeds go to continue promoting and raising awareness for Marriage Equality and anti-discrimination on a global level through an educational and interactive media campaign.
Please read more about the NOH8 Campaign and how you can help at www.noh8campaign.com.

Hey the one thing in the world that I admire about you is that your freakin’ hot and your helping people who are discriminated against. I think that the photoshoots that have been done for NO H8 are a really good idea.
Coming from a conservative home and a holier than thou background to who I am today Bridget you helped me. You showed me that you have to find the person you want to be and the things you believe.Whoever you choose to be is good as long as you are happy with yourself. THANK YOU for your inspiration and guidance.
It amazes me how “christians” call call themselves that when the first thing God teaches us is to LOVE. There is no room for hate if you are truly abiding for in Him. You can disagree but You are called as a believer to love no matter what. i disagree with my husband sometimes but I will always love him. If only “christians” could understand that. Their actions and words make me ashamed to call myself a believer.
Hey Bridget.
I’m a big fan of yours & for the record, I’m from Australia, where same sex marriage is also illegal. I myself am not gay although I have friends & even some family members who are & I thank you for lending your face to such an important issue.
Marriage is such a celebrated thing & such a joyful time for two people who love each other to show the world this fact, set it in stone & own a special day dedicated to their love. I have no idea why it has been decided that this ‘love’ HAS to be between a man & a woman, not a man & a man or a woman & a woman.
hopefully, with enough support (although there is already more than enough support in my view) & the help of celebs such as yourself, authority figures & government, etc can see that legalising same sex marriage is much needed in order to create balance in this beautiful world of ours.
Keep up the good work Bridget.
