Blackened Cajun Shrimp on Garlic Pasta
Shell and clean shrimp
Prepare Cajun mix:
2 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp on Chili powder
1tsp of Cayenne peeper
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
Melt 1/4 cube of butter with 1 tsp of minced garlic
Next
Dip shrimp in garlic butter
Sprinkle with Cajun seasoning mix
Put a little olive oil in a cast iron pan (just enough to cover the bottom)
Cook 3 minutes on each side
Cook whatever pasta you like, strain it.
In a bowl, mix your pasta with Olive Oil (add very little at a time until pasta has a light coating).
Stir in a tsp. of garlic paste
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese (leave on top or mix in)
Place shrimp on top of pasta
